If you have read the DBZ crossover I've made, you should know that after Toontown was devastated by Cyborgs, Fleabag suicided in order to get through the snake way and meet King Kai. As Kai trained Goku to perform the Kaioken technique, he also trained Fleabag to do it. Fleabag was unsuccessful at achieving the Kaioken state, and at one final attempt, he mistakenly used it. That mistake lead to his rage condensing and transforming into one of his ancestors, The Sabertooth.
During this transformation, his power level gets multiplied every minute and his aura gets a slight red tint. Therefore using the Sabertooth Form for a long period of time would lead to his body exploding, due to it's inability to resist. However later in the series when Fleabag is injected with Saiyan blood and reaches the Super Saiyan state, his body became able to resist the side effects of the Sabertooth Form up to a few days.
A few techniques become newly available as Fleabag reaches the sabertooth form, some of them being the Sabertooth Rush, a sound-speed hurl that flips the enemy over, if not killing him in the process. Sabertooth Fleabag grows an inexpliquable relationship with gore and destruction, except for the ones which are engraved in his memory (family, close friends, etc..) and even threatens the cyborg to tear his circuits appart and eat them if he doesn't abort his invasion.
